When will products be available?

All four Classic Desktop products are currently in pre-alpha development. Sign up via the contact form and you will get an email when each one launches on the Microsoft Store.

Will you offer a free trial?

The Microsoft Store offers refunds within a short window after purchase, which acts as an effective trial. We are also evaluating limited-feature free editions for some products. Final details will be confirmed at launch.

Do products work on Windows 7 or 8?

No. Classic Desktop targets Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) and Windows 11. Older versions of Windows are no longer supported by Microsoft and we will not work around that.

Will there be a Mac or Linux version?

No. Classic Desktop is Windows-only by design. Every product is written to feel native to Windows, not to be a cross-platform compromise.

What is your refund policy?

Purchases are made through the Microsoft Store, so the standard Microsoft Store refund policy applies. Refund requests are handled by Microsoft, not by us.

How do I report a bug?

Use the contact form. Please include the product name, the version (Help → About), your Windows version, and a short description of what you saw and what you expected.
