Reflect Today is now live on the Microsoft Store. It is the first Classic Desktop app, and a good example of what the whole range is about: a focused tool that keeps your data on your own machine.
What it does
- Record short video journal entries against any day on a calendar, as many per day as you like.
- Live transcription that runs entirely offline — your audio is never uploaded for recognition.
- Browse by calendar and search across every recording's title, description and transcript.
- Export a self-describing MP4 with your title, notes and transcript embedded in the file itself.
- Everything stays in a local folder you choose — no cloud, no account, no telemetry.
Private by design
Most journalling apps live on a phone or in the cloud. Reflect Today lives on your PC and stays there — including the transcription, which runs on a local offline model. The only time it reaches the internet is to check the Microsoft Store for updates.
